The construction of a building is planned to adapt to the plot, which has a significant slope.

The building has a V-shaped floor plan, standing alone within the plot, with one wing following the northern boundary of Amargura Street, from which access is provided, and the other following the southern boundary.     

The construction of a building is planned, which will be developed on three levels: Level 0, Level 1 and Level 2, with none of them being developed entirely below ground level. 

Level 0, the building’s entrance level, houses the Day Center, all of which open onto the various outdoor spaces surrounding the building. Level 1, with two residential units, is organized into three clearly differentiated zones. The central zone houses the main vertical communication spaces and the common spaces for residents, separated by each module, and the bedrooms occupy the two outer zones. Level 2 has only a single residential unit.

This arrangement also makes it optimal for organizing the center’s evacuation plan, as it makes it easier for us to organize the occupants who need to be evacuated in the event of an emergency, accommodating them in the other half of the building.
