Euroger Andújar Residence, Jaén

This residence is designed to accommodate 123 people.

The building is planned to be built on five levels: a basement level (lower basement) and four floors above ground level (ground floor + 3rd floor).

The building has a fairly open “L”-shaped floor plan, standing alone within the plot. It is organized into two volumes: one that runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the plot, and another that rotates from the center of the building.

The site has a steep north-south slope, with the lowest part bordering Paco de Lucía Street (south), rising towards the northern boundary. This, due to the layout of the floor plan and its location on the site, allows natural light to enter all spaces.
