Cistérniga Residence, Valladolid

The center is made up of three wings forming a U-shape that adapt to the topography of the plot and generate a large courtyard-garden onto which most of the building’s public spaces overlook.

The project’s intention is to achieve clear zoning, grouping uses and reducing unnecessary routes. This allows for distinct areas such as specialized care, rest areas, general services, administrative areas, living areas, etc., each clearly defined by its location.
