CC Hospitaller Sisters of the Holy Cross, BARCELONA

The building is located on a block in the city center of Barcelona. It is spread over five floors, comprising a ground floor, four upper floors, and a coffered ceiling. It also has a basement that occupies a small portion of the plot.

The proposed works involve interior renovations, respecting the existing urban planning parameters that govern the plot and building conditions.

The goal is to orient the building toward people, with resident-centered management. There is also a desire to increase the number of spaces, reorganize spaces, and optimize routes between them. 

The passage of time, current regulations, and new, more personalized management criteria have led the Sisters to propose changes. For both economic and functional reasons, the work will be carried out in phases with the least possible impact on residents.
