Senior residence and day care center in Ferreruela de Huerva, TERUEL

The project, on a scale linked to the location where it is planned, houses 29 residential spaces, 15 of which are day centers.

The project is to build a building on a single floor above ground level.

The building has an irregular floor plan, extending across the plot from a first volume located in the most public area of ​​the site, from which three comb-like sections emerge, thus creating open areas within the site, different outdoor spaces with varied uses:

Patio A and Patio B, linked to the residential modules

The ground floor, with two residential modules, is organized into three clearly differentiated areas, with the central one housing the center’s most public spaces (administration, hairdressing, rehabilitation, etc.) and the Day Center, located where the two streets bordering the plot meet; another area is dedicated to the workers (changing rooms, laundry, kitchen, etc.), located on the arm of the comb that runs parallel to Horno Street, the only area with two floors. and a third area, the residential one, distributed in the two remaining arms of the comb.
