La Era Homes in Villanubla, Valladolid

Thirty single-family row homes are planned for the town of Villanubla, a municipality near Valladolid.

They are distributed over basement, ground, and first floors. They have both vehicle and pedestrian access from the roads and the garden area at the rear of the homes.

The façade is designed with glazed exposed brick and bush-hammered artificial stone surrounds, as well as corners, plinths, planters, etc.

Both the volume and architectural style of the project reflect an aesthetic that blends seamlessly with the surroundings and complies with urban planning regulations.
